The Stark designer spent a lot of time on the phone with me, helping get the arrangement for a family funeral just right. It exceeding our expectations - beautiful mix of green plants and blooming flowers in a quality basket - we were so pleased with the results - thank you!

High five to this flower shop. I've gone through lots of *other flower places in Florence and other areas across this great country of ours, and 1/2 the time they didn't get the order somehow, or they replace a bunch of flowers with something else you didn't order, or the size is wrong, or the flowers are clearly the last of a batch they are cleaning out, or the whole thing is just not what you asked for really at all and you wonder if there's a Spin the Wheel of flowers in the back. maybe when you go through 1-800 Flowers a ProFlowers etc, shops get a smaller cut and so they use meh flowers. That makes sense I guess. Anyway, with Starks, I can just call directly and speak to them clearly about what I'm looking for and they tell me exactly what they've got, when they will deliver it, how much it'll cost, and they take it all down in like three and a half minutes, and it's the pleasant and succinct transaction that ordering flowers should be. The arrangements are always beautiful, better than anything I could have put together for sure.. Also, they are always extremely cordial and respectful to me about putting the recipient's name exactly as I ask, which is important to me, and, according to my mom and cousin and the people who have received Starks flowers and plants, they are always in great, fresh shape. These guys are great; I've used them since undergrad, so literally 20 years.

My husband and I recently purchased floral arrangements for my mother in law homegoing service. We were very very pleased with professionalism, cost and beautiful arrangements ( 2 floral stands and casket spray) I would highly recommend Starks for any of your floral needs!

I just received the most beautiful arrangement from Flowers by Starks. The flowers are so fresh and the entire bouquet is beautifully done. Even the vase is of high quality. I never write reviews but this one deserves an A++!

Flowers by Starks prepared the flowers for my mom's Celebration of Life services in July 2022. Not only did the team listen carefully to our wishes, they purchased the best quality, executed beautifully and delivered timely. Being able to rely upon an excellent quality florist with high standards, especially during a difficult time, speaks volumes for professionalism, and scores the highest of ratings!

Today is my mother's birthday. I ordered online from another company and at 9am I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and Candice answered the phone and she said I will take care of u. By 12pm my mom was smiling. She loves her roses. Thank u Candice u r the best...... The roses r beautiful. 😊 .

The ONLY place to order flowers. They were the florist for my wedding years ago (my centerpieces were gorgeous and as big and grand as I requested) and they have been the only place my parents will get arrangements when needed. I moved away and I call them every year to deliver Mother’s Day flowers and they never disappoint. They are perfection. :)

Melissa provided world class customer service by answering the phone highly professional, having empathy for the sudden loss of my father in law, ensured to pick out the appropriate flowers for the occasion, was able to charge my card, and deliver the flowers to my mother in law all in the same day. I thoroughly recommend this business for all your flower arrangement needs. So I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to these kind people today. I ordered flowers from a big online company yesterday for delivery today before 3pm well I get an email at 3:30pm they cancelled my order. WHAT? 30 minutes AFTER scheduled delivery they cancelled?? I was furious to say the least. I called with just hope and prayer that Flowers by Starks would be able to put together and deliver a bouquet of flowers before they closed in 45 minutes. This was very important for me as it was my daughters first birthday without her daddy and I just wanted her to be showered with love all day! THANK YOU so much, I definitely recommend using them not only did they deliver last minute the flowers are gorgeous!!! Thank you so much!!

I ordered flowers for my husband to celebrate our anniversary and asked that they be delivered to his work. He loves them! I'm pleased as well. I don't know anything about flowers, I just asked them to whip something up that was purple and had tropical flowers in it. They did amazing, ans they worked within my budget! I will be ordering flowers from here moving forward.
